I love the combination of materials in this 1950s box purse. Natural leather on a brass frame, a red ochre lucite lid and bottom, and a curvy, clear cherry lucite handle. The clasp adds a design element that resonates with the handle, and the whole thing could be The Bag for your Fall wardrobe. There is no name on the hinge, though the quality is up there with Wilardy. The creamy interior is tight, unstained except by age, and has a nice functioning pocket; big enough for all your essentials.
Measuring 9″ wide, 4″ deep, and 3 1/2″ tall, adding another 3″ with the handle.
There is an all but invisible repair at the hinge of the handle connection on the Right. Otherwise, there is little if any wear on this great little bag.
